A Ready code unlocks the app. Add your playlist on the TV.
Attach playlists and settings on the website, then enter the code on the TV.
Revoke & Replace with New Code disables the old device and creates a new blank code.
Reset it, cancel it and return the slot, or cancel it and create a different blank code.
Choose your task
Follow only the steps for your situation.
New device
Want your playlists ready when the app opens? Prepare the code before step 2.
Preload your setup
The TV receives the setup attached to that code during activation.
Old TV to new TV
Replacing access and copying setup are separate steps. The old device will stop working.
Keep both TVs
Do not revoke the first TV if you want both devices to remain active.
Already activated
No new activation code is needed for an active device.
Stop access
This removes the device's playlist setup and access and returns its slot to Available Access. The old used code remains permanently used. Use Revoke & Replace with New Code instead if you are moving access to a new TV now.
Not activated yet
A cancelled code stops working. Prepared setup is not copied to a newly created blank code.
Code status
Do not mix these up
Comes from your website account and unlocks one device.
A temporary code shown inside the app for moving or importing setup. It does not unlock the app.
Seven-day trial
Replacing a trial device does not restart the seven days. After buying Lifetime Access, the same trial device can be upgraded in place so its playlists and settings remain attached. If automatic matching is unavailable, use Upgrade this Device to Lifetime in your account.
